Southern Ocean off South Bruny Island. It's not a particularly good photo but I'm pleasantly surprised that I have a photo at all - hurtling at a great rate of knots across the ocean swells in a very powerful tour boat with a similarly fast moving bird heading in a different direction skimming the wave tops is a situation not conducive to good photography and I have (or had) a number of photos of birdless water and birdless sky or a combination of both to prove it.
